We work with Risk Managers or Financial Officers in companies that do not have full-time professional risk managers, to create a platform where select projects or tasks can be delegated to our company, due to either limited in-house capacity and/or dissatisfaction with current levels of services being provided by brokers or other third party providers.

• Fortune 1000 companies under pressure to reduce corporate overhead, resulting in risk management departments needing to reduce headcount and adversely impacting their ability to maintain the same level of service to their customers.
• Risk Managers who are dissatisfied with the quality of services being provided by their major insurance brokers that focus and concentrate their increasingly limited resources on the transactional side. The equally important servicing component seems to never be adequately considered and is often underestimated or underpriced, in contrast to the marketing function that many times is overvalued and overpriced.
